ADMINISTRATION EXECUTIVE (KALIMANTAN TIMUR)
MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:
General administrative support: assisting with all aspects of administrative management, directory maintenance, logistics, equipment inventory and storage; coordinating between departments and sections in resolving day-to-day administrative and operational problems.
Records Management: maintaining records, setting up and managing both electronic and paper filing systems, as well as taking steps to maintain that the company is in compliance with all applicable record-keeping requirements.
Communication Liaison: managing the flow of information to members of the executive team in Head Office.
Requirements :
Max. 30 years old.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Economics/Laws or equivalent.
Min. 3 year(s) experience in the same position.
Good in interpersonal skill & communication.
Excellent in English both written and spoken,
Able to operate Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Power Point.
Able to multi-task & work well under pressure
Fast learner & high initiative
Has integrity, honest, highly disciplined, well-organized, detail-oriented, self-driven, self-confident, mature
Good in teamwork and ability to work with limited supervision.
Working experience with expatriate.
Living in Samarinda Kalimantan Timur
