Project Manager - Jakarta Raya
Responsibilities:
To conduct business development activities including research, study, plan, coordinate and execute the launch of new show segments.
To drive the strategic and business planning for the assigned industry or shows and be responsible for the successful implementation of the approved strategy & plans
To be accountable for meeting the business and financial targets, including managing the profitability of the assigned shows
To achieve revenue targets by driving exhibition square meters (sqm), conference sales, sponsorships and e-revenue and implementing creative marketing opportunities to increase the revenue streams
To develop, prepare and maintain exhibitor prospect list and sales leads, retaining existing customers and devising new ways to bring in new ones across various segments as targeted by the company. To market and sell the show at competitive shows where required
To be proactive and keep abreast of competitive environment and work co-operatively with industry groups, embassies, functional groups and associations as they are key to the success of the shows
To understand the target visitor ship profile and work with the marketer to strategize on developing strong visitor relationship management (VRM) programs
To prepare accurate and timely reports and presentations
To be responsible for floor plan management and audits, vendors, suppliers, contract and payment collections and all the necessary show administration
To provide strong project management and leadership to the team, holding regular team meetings and communication
To manage and develop the team members who are assigned to you
Requirements:
Bachelor in management business, business communication, marketing, international relations or have relevant exhibition management experience or specific industry sector experience. Fresh graduate are also welcome
Good command of both verbal and written English language
A team builder with good people skill
Multi-tasking, able to work under pressure
Strategic mind, strong leadership and project management abilities
Initiative, resourceful, energetic, teamwork, fast learner, results orientated and organized.
